Build better.
Every stud, beam and duct of your custom home, modelled before the first delivery. Then one place for the plans, the model and the list that the crew can actually use on site.
Morning meeting
You know the day. Rain, a header that's wrong, three calls about the same beam, a truck with the wrong lengths. I framed for twenty-five years and had plenty of them. Priima is built for the other kind of day: the one where it all just works.
Let's work together.
01 — What I do
Fewer surprises. A smoother build.
-
1.1
Clash detection, with the fix
Beams through ducts, plumbing through footings, stairs that don't clear the header. Each one comes as a screenshot, a note and a fix.

1.2
Field-informed framing models
Built the way a framer thinks: plates, headers, bearing, point loads, the hard corners. The crew sees what to build and why.

1.3
Takeoffs you can order from
Material lists straight from the model, grouped the way the yard reads them. Less waste, no second-guessing the count.

Trade coordination
One model for the architect, engineer, HVAC and plumber. I move the answers between them, so you're not on the phone all day.

02 — The app · Priima Lab
The plans, the model and the list. One link, one sign-in.
Where the job lives once the modelling is done: the set, every revision, the model and the list of what still needs an answer. On an iPad in the truck or at the desk. If you can pinch to zoom, you can use it.
2.0 — The list
A punch list for everything you're thinking about.
Mark up the plans the way you already do. Press one button: every markup is a numbered item with its spot on the drawing, its people and its conversation. The engineer sees the engineer's. The set stays clean.
2.0 — The 3D viewer
The whole house, in your hand.
Orbit it. Cut a section anywhere. Measure with a tape you can drag. Pull a plan or a section out as a PDF. Inside Lab, or on its own from a link, on the iPad.
-
2.1
Mark up the drawings
Arrows, clouds, text, measurements, on the set itself. A markup stays on the revision it was drawn on, and the job sees it as soon as it's drawn.
-
2.2
Compare revisions
A new set arrives; Lab puts it beside the old one and clouds what changed.
-
2.3
Close it with a reason
An item leaves the list one of three ways: dropped, settled, or the revised drawing proves it. Closed items stay searchable.
-
2.4
The 3D model, on the job
Orbit it, step through saved views, measure it. Make a plan or a section as a PDF sheet, into the job's files.
-
2.5
Talk where the drawing is
Comments sit on the sheet, not in an email chain. The engineer's answer is on the detail it answers.
-
2.6
Who sees what
The owner, the super, the framer and the consultant each see what's theirs. Share a file, download it with the markups on.

03 — What's coming
From the model to the truck.
The model knows every piece in the house and where it goes. The rest of Priima gets that to the people who need it, when they need it. What's being built, and how far along.
-
Testing
Field Viewer
The 3D model on the crew's iPad: scenes, tags, a tape with ends you can drag. Running on real job models now.
-
Testing
Automatic takeoffs
A SketchUp plugin that reads the model and writes the lumber order, grouped the way the yard reads it. Being checked against a real house, line by line.
-
Building
Pick it in the model, order it from the yard
Tap the walls or the roof in the 3D viewer and the material list writes itself. Packages grouped the way a job is built, ready to check, add a box of nails to, and send.
-
Building
Yard Site
The job and the lumberyard, connected. The framer opens the main-floor package, adds nails, presses send. The delivery comes as a list you tap: the yard's photo of each bundle, and where in the house it goes.
-
Next
The punch list, in the model
Walk the house on the iPad, tap the item on the thing it's about, it's checked off with your name and the time.
-
Next
Tap an order line, see where it goes
Pick the 10-footers on today's delivery and the model lights up every wall they belong in.

05 — About
Jerry Ringwald
I framed high-end custom homes in the Lower Mainland for over twenty-five years before I started modelling them. I know what a set of drawings turns into on site, and what the engineer and the architect need to hear to fix it.
The software exists because I got tired of the same problems costing the same people the same days.
Priima is me, on your team: no ego, no jargon, a cleaner build and a crew that isn't waiting on answers.
